These Terms govern your access to and use of AKARA's website, online platforms and Services. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
All content on AKARA's website — text, images, logos, designs, and documents — is owned or licensed by AKARA. You may view, download or print information for personal or internal trade use only. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without our prior written consent is prohibited.
Trade enquiries may be submitted via contact forms or email. Sample dispatches are subject to stock availability and any trial terms we communicate.
Orders are accepted by mutual agreement (written/email confirmation). An order becomes binding only when accepted by AKARA in writing.
Prices provided are exclusive of taxes and delivery unless stated. Payment terms (advance, credit, net days) are agreed per account. AKARA reserves the right to change prices with notice.
MOQs may apply and will be indicated during the account setup or order confirmation.
Delivery terms (INCOTERMS or local equivalent) will be confirmed in writing. Risk passes to Buyer on delivery as specified in the order.
Claims for damaged or non-conforming goods must be notified within 7 days of delivery. Goods should be preserved for inspection. Perishable product returns are subject to quality verification.
All intellectual property rights in AKARA branding, marks, designs and materials belong to Natura Springs Beverages. Use of AKARA marks by partners requires prior written permission and must conform to brand guidelines. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to such processing for the purposes set out therein.
The Services are provided "as is". AKARA does not warrant that services are uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
While we endeavour to ensure accuracy, product descriptions, nutritional data, and lab results may vary. For binding specifications, refer to certificates and trading documents provided by AKARA.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AKARA and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages arising from use of the Services or products. AKARA's aggregate liability for any claim connected to the Services or products will not exceed the amount paid by you to AKARA in respect of the relevant order in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold AKARA harmless from all claims, liabilities, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
AKARA is not liable for delays or failures in performance due to causes beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, regulatory action, supply chain disruptions). In such events, AKARA may suspend performance or adjust delivery.
AKARA may suspend or terminate access to Services at any time for breach, fraud, or where continued provision is impracticable. Termination does not affect rights or liabilities accrued prior to termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jammu & Kashmir. Parties will endeavour to resolve disputes amicably before litigation.

AKARA may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on the website or by email. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
